Testing & Flushing HPU

Our Testing and Flushing Hydraulic Power Units (TFHPUs) are designed to provide test fluid at the required pressures for leak, proof and functional testing as needed, and flushing fluid at variable flow rates to clean external systems.

Our TFHPUs typically include:

  • 316 stainless steel or carbon steel enclosed or open framed construction
  • Wide range of tube fitting types, e.g. twin ferrule compression, MP coned & threaded and Parker Hannifin MPI™
  • Wide range of materials and exotics available, e.g. 316/316L, 6Mo, Incoloy 625, Incoloy 825, 904L, Super Duplex, Duplex
  • Electric and/or pneumatic pumps suitable for use with mineral oil or water glycol based fluids
  • Power cables and hoses with customer specified connections supplied with unit

KEY FEATURES OF THE DESIGN INCLUDE :

  • High working pressures up to 1379barg or 20000psig
  • Bladder and/or piston accumulators, (PED, ASME VIII Non or “U” stamped, AS 1210).
  • Local relay or PLC control panels for fully independent operation.
  • Integral MCC or motor starters integrated within local control panel.
  • Integral or standalone reservoirs, size to suit application environments.
